- Sign up is free for Employer.
- Employer can provide valid and correct email and contact no in sign up process.
- Employer can schedule for interview as much as he want, there is not any limitation.
- Communication between staff and Employer will be done through email, skype (conference) or google GoToMeeting Software.
- Staff Hiring:
After interview the successful candidates will be hired correspondence Employer.
Following are policy to hire:
1) Employer will have to make advance payment for staff.
2) OffshoreStaff (Admin) will add this payment and it will be automatically hired.
3) This hired staff will not available for any other Employer.
4) Employer can login and check working status of hired staff.
- If Employer dosent make payment before due date, system will automatically cancel the hired staff and move it in history. Also this staff will be available for all other Employer.
- OffshoreStaff Offer the option for cancel or refund (partial or complete) to particular Employer.
